Mostly written after 1922 so not PD in the USA.
The estate pushes it's rights and as she isn't PD in the EU for about 30 years they contest the 1 or 2 she wrote before 1923
So no Agatha Christie from us
It's a pretty safe bet that if we don't have a well known author it's because we can't use it
